"Finally found pocket squares in stock"
I needed a few pocket squares and expected it to be a whole hassle, because everywhere else seemed to be missing the colours I wanted. Thankfully these were actually in stock, so I didn’t have to waste ages searching around. Ordering was simple enough and everything turned up fine

"Reliable every time I’ve used them"
I’ve used pickapocket.co.uk a few times now it’s just been smooth each time. My orders went through without any hassle, the updates arrived when they were supposed to, and I never felt like I was left guessing.
For me, it’s just been reliable, and that’s really all I was looking for. Nothing dramatic to say, but I’d definitely use them again.

"Packaging was good, but the box was dented"
My order was packed really well and everything inside was safe, so I’m happy nothing was damaged. The box did arrive with a small dent though, which was a little disappointing. It wasn’t a huge issue since the items were fine, but I’d still appreciate some kind of small compensation or credit for the packaging arriving like that.

Got a wallet from pickapocket.co.uk. Wasn’t expecting loads, honestly. But yeah, the quality is good. Stitching is tidy, material feels solid. Not that cheap, floppy stuff you sometimes get when ordering online.
Only reason I’d say 4 stars is there’s a tiny mark inside. Really small though. You barely notice it. Still happy with it overall, and I’d probably order from them again.

I had a quick look through the site and it was easy enough to find what I needed. Everything loaded fine on my phone, and the checkout was straightforward too. Nothing really felt confusing, which is always nice... just a simple, smooth experience overall.

I ordered a couple of items and was happy to see everything matched what I’d picked out — no wrong colours and nothing missing. Delivery was decent too, not the quickest, but still perfectly fine. The only small thing was that the order updates could have been a little clearer along the way. Overall though, no complaints on accuracy, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Updates could’ve been better"
Ordering was straightforward, the communication after that just wasn’t great. I kept having to check for myself because I wasn’t getting clear updates on what was going on. Even a quick email or proper tracking info would’ve made a big difference. It did all get sorted in the end, but the lack of updates made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be.
